Kelowna G. & C.C. Captures The Tournament Champions At Point Grey
Point Grey Golf & Country Club - Vancouver, BC
A field of Head Professionals and Club Champions from across British Columbia competed Monday in the 2005 TaylorMade BC PGA Tournament of Champions.

Victorious on the day were Head Golf Professional Greg Pidlaski and Club Champion Norm Bradley of the Kelowna Golf & Country Club, who shot a best-ball 66 for a one-stroke victory over Victoria Golf Club (67) that included Head Golf Professional Mike Parker and amateur standout Craig Doell. Morgan Creek Golf Course took home third place with a 4 under par 68.
The Championship saw two-man teams – comprised of Head Professionals and their respective Club Champions – going head to head with their counterparts from around B.C. Last year, the team of Rob Anderson & Matt Hooper from the Harvest Golf Club won the Championship, played at the Gallaher's Canyon Golf & Country Club.
The BC PGA is very proud to partner with TalyorMade adidas Golf on this exciting Championship event. TaylorMade representatives were on site throughout the day to welcome each and every player with a great tee gift as well as offer driver fittings with the R5 and R7 metalwoods. Many amateurs took advantage of the opportunity to meet with TaylorMade's Custom Fit Technician Lance Antonenko and be fit on the launch monitor.
Point Grey was in outstanding condition for the Championship and stood up well to the great list of players. Firm and fast greens created trying scoring conditions for all the participants. Our gracious hosts proved once again why Point Grey is often considered one the most renowned and prestigious facilities in the province.
