Bell Mountain Golf Resort Community - Feb 2005 Update
Phase One has been registered! This consists of the 17 lots on Henderson Drive. Builders can now start constructing beautiful Tuscan Golf Homes. We are definitely looking forward to the upcoming construction season. Patience is a virtue.
If you would like to get a feel for the homes to be offered, there is one house almost complete. Distinctive Developments has constructed a wonderful show home and are building on seven lots this year. Trend Homes is joining the community and are also offering quality Tuscan Homes this year. Both
are quality builders with exceptional style.
The majority of homes in Phase One will be under $400,000. You will see stucco exteriors, concrete roof tiles and fine finishing accents of rock, wrought iron, arches, shutters and courtyards. And every home comes with a Bell Mountain Priority Membership, for all amenities to be offered in the
village core, other than golf. For the avid golfer there will be memberships available for purchase. Every home on the north side of the street will have golf cart access. This summer, families on this street will be the start of a wonderful community.
Phase Two "The Fairway Lots" is being reserved. For the next few weeks only, potential new property owners are able to secure a selection time to pick the lot of their choice out of the 28 lots. The sooner the reservation is made, the better selection you have. We expect the Phase Two Disclosure to be filed within a month, at which time the selection process begins. We encourage those interested to act now so you don’t miss out! Out of the 28 Fairway Lots, 23 overlook fairways 2 & 3 and 15 are zoned for a carriage home. All are view properties and all suit walkout home designs. These are the best fairway home sites in the community and will be sure to increase in value quickly. Bell Mountain can arrange a custom home or there is an option to use your own quality builder.
Right now the main access, Bell Mountain Drive, is being constructed. A linear park will be located alongside Bell Mountain Drive that will eventually take you right into the Bell Mountain Village Core. The linear park will have a walkway, a green area and a multi purpose lane, much like the linear park downtown on Abbott Street. For now the site is 4X4 access only and personal tours are available.
