3rd Annual Holes for Hope - Alder Hills Golf Course in Prince George
The 3rd annual holes for hope will be taking place this year at Alder Hills. Alder Hills is the new driving range and 18 hole par 3 facility in the Blackburn area. The Sexsmith family has been working very hard for the last three years, and the facility will be a great addition to Prince George.

The Holes For Hope has raised $13,500 for the Northern BC Friends of Children Society. This year we have set the goal of $15,000 with portions of funds raised going to BC Children’s Hospital.
Stephen Angel will play Alder Hills non stop dawn till dusk on Aug 28th to raise funds for both the Northern BC Friends of Children Society and BC Children’s Hospital. This is the only way Stephen, Trina and family can say thanks for their help, and continued support.
Zacary Angel was born 4 months premature at a mere 1lb 5oz. Now Zacary is 41/2 years old, starting kindergarten in September and already has his first set of clubs.
Approximately 51/2 years ago, Northern B.C. Friends of Children Society was formed for the purpose of assisting northern B.C. families with children in medical need. Although cases vary considerably, all deal with children with serious medical ailments. The Society does not limit fund disbursement to specific medical diagnosis, but rather considers the demand the ailment places on the child and family. Our support services range from being available as a source of comfort and information in times of distress, to providing money for medical treatments, transportation or accommodation costs and a variety of other needs such as medical equipment and therapeutic formula costs.
