Bootleg Gap Golf Course - Kimberley
One of the newest facilities in the Kootenay Rockies has jumped to the forefront of quality affordable golf in the region. Bootleg Gap Golf, which boasts 27 terrific golf holes, takes full advantage of its natural mountain surroundings.
Course Profile
Designed by popular architect Les Furber, Bootleg Gap has just about everything you could hope for in a round of golf: dramatic elevation changes, exciting par-3s, reachable par-5s, incredible scenery, great conditioning and some challenging shot requirements.
The back nine on the championship course, which includes a number of spectacular holes along the St Mary River, has been touted as one of the best nines in the province. However, the unique mid-length course might be the most enjoyable nine at Bootleg! It plays to a par of 34 and is loaded with go-for-broke opportunities. The par-3s are especially strong on this interesting nine.
